Friends of the Fair

We would like to thank everyone that volunteers, participates, donates, buys animals, leads 4-H groups and countless other contributions! The 2015 Friend of the Fair Award was given to Julie Kerner for her many years of service. Julie has, and continues to be a great supporter of the Washington County Fair. Because of people like Julie our Fair continues to grow and prosper! Along with Julie, we would also like to thank the following for their help in making our fair such a GREAT SUCCESS!

Washington County Road and Bridge – Middle Valley Construction – Guy Amidon
Verl Cate – Midvale Sand and Gravel – Galen Lewis – Bob Williams – Joe Qualls –
Baker Auction Company – Donors – Buyers – Judges
All our GREAT Superintendents – County Commissioners and many more.

A note from the Fair Board…

By the time we are at the 2016 Fair, we’ll have many new improvements to enjoy. The New Small Animal Barn will be a great addition.
We would like to extend a special thanks again to R&M Steel for this great donation! After several years of planning, we have some fantastic accessibility improvements. Pavement and blacktop all around the fairgrounds and rodeo grounds will make it much easier to get around the facility. These accessibility improvements are a product of many generous local donations, the Cambridge Rodeo Association, the Washington County Commissioners, the Cambridge Commercial Club, County Road and Bridge, Commercial Tire and an astounding amount of volunteer hours.
We are excited to see the response to these projects as our fair gets underway. Again, we would like to thank everyone who made this possible.
Please contact the Washington County Fair Board or the Washington County Extension Office if you see a need or can fill a need!
